House Pictures

Here is the living room. This is the first room you walk into coming through the front door (although the view of the picture is taken from the dining room - the front door is on the left size of this room, not pictured).

This is our dining room. To the left of this picture is the living room and to the right is the kitchen. It's a very open floor plan, so you can see into all three of those rooms at the same time.

Here is a picture facing the other direction in the dining room. You can see the hallway on the left that leads to the master bedroom, bathroom, and second bedroom. You can also see part of the living room and front door on the right.

Here is our remodeled kitchen. This used to be a separate room, but we tore down the wall and made it open to the dining room. We are still putting our finishing touches on it. We are tiling the backsplash today and will be painting the walls and ceiling this week. There are granite countertops with white cupboards and stainless steel hardware. There will be crown molding on the top of the cabinets as well. There is a spotlight above the sink and two beautiful old school house light fixtures. The appliances are staying, including the stainless steel fridge (pictured on the right) and soon to be stainless steel stove.

Here is a picture of the master bedroom. It has two large windows and one closet, which you can see on the left, and a fan/light combo on the ceiling in the middle of the room.

Here is the second bedroom. The door is on the left with the closet to the right in the picture.

There is one very large window in this room as well and new clean carpet on the floor.

This is a shot of the hallway peering out from the second bedroom. You can see the master bedroom in front of you, the hallway closet on the left and the bathroom is directly across on the right, and the open door on the left leads you back into the dining room.

Here is the picture of our linen closet directly across from the bathroom. It has lots of storage space!

Here is the first picture looking into our bathroom. It still has the original beautiful octagon tiles on the floor.

Here is the original "medicine cabinet" with a new light fixture and new brushed nickel hardware to hang your linens and toilet paper on.

I also wanted to post that all of our doors have the original glass knobs on them.

There is also a laundry room off the kitchen that is currently being remodeled. Soon we will also have pictures for the laundry room (house includes washer and dryer) and the backyard. There is a good size fenced in back yard with a 1 car garage and a beautifully stained gate on the west side of the house. There is also a lovely porch swing on the front porch that will stay with the house. All the floors are hardwood, except for tile in the laundry room and bathroom. There are hardwood floors in the second bedroom, but we decided to put carpet over it, since that was our kids bedroom.
